Lighting the Way

At our Tribeca project, new recessed fixtures will light the hallway to the master bedroom.

Note the two holes, formally sconces lights which we opted to remove in favor of the new lights.

These two holes were the locations of the sconces previously there which we opted to remove in favor of the new lights.

Out with the Old

This bathroom at our Tribeca project is getting prepped for its update.

Here's one of our guys getting the tile prepared and ready to be removed.

An Unexpected Find

A simple design decision to switch out the medicine cabinet in favor of a larger one ended with good news at our Tribeca project.

In the midst of the big electrical upgrade, when we removed the original cabinet we unexpectedly ran into an old electrical conduit! This was perfect for running new service wires up from the basement - saving the client thousands and saving us days of work.

New Cabinetry!

The master bathroom cabinets arrived and were installed by our guys. Next step insulating between the cabinet and the heater behind it.

Here is a close up. The detailed wood work and clean lines make this a really beautiful cabinet.

I'd say this is pretty unique.

New Heating Elements

We removed the ugly, old mounted radiators in the master bedroom and instead are installing a sleek vertically mounted radiator in the corner of the room. This frees up space and allows for a much more aesthetically pleasing heat source.

Under this window was the previous location of the radiators.

This is a piece by innovative artist Rebecca Ward. She uses tape and vinyl adhesives to create unique 3D art. A very cool concept.

Hiding the Wires

At our ongoing Tribeca project we have planned for in floor outlets to be installed underneath the couples desk in the office.

After measuring and marking, a small square hole can be seen in the floor, cut and waiting for outlets. Look ma, no wires!
